The Gift of Giving: Dedicate a new book for Lodi Memorial Library

Dedicating a new book for Lodi Memorial Library is a special way to honor the life of a loved one or to celebrate a special occasion, holiday or family event such as a birth, graduation or anniversary.

For $15, you can purchase a book plate which will be adhered to  the inside cover of a new Lodi Library book.
Typed on the bookplate will be your name and the honoree’s name with a brief dedication.
The new book title will be selected by a librarian, with your input on the reader's preferences.

The Library will notify you and the honored individual or their family with a letter when the book is ready to circulate so the recipient or yourself will be the first to check it out.

Please download and print out The Book Dedication Form and enclose a check ($15.00 minimum per book)
made payable to Friends of Lodi Memorial Library. Drop off or mail this form to:
